Ive been taking NO explode for about 6-8 monthes. And I have to say it doesnt disappoint. This stuff is potent, when I take it Im able to keep in the gym the whole day, but actually get a hardcore workout in. Ive recomended it to everyone I train with. All the people saying it makes you have to go to the bathroom obviouly have not red the WARNING on the back saying CONSUME ON A EMPTY STOMACH.
